Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom-made products, we ONLY accept returns & exchanges on faulty products. IlluminatedHouseNumber will make every effort to resolve issues and replace, refund or partially refund the product. The final resolution for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis, and is at the sole discretion of IlluminatedHouseNumber .
- All custom signs are FINAL. They are handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. Our team fix and connect those sign by hand. Therefore, your custom sign could not be 100% matching with mock-up. We believe all craft item is unique.
- The color of our sign product from our website or mock-ups for reference only.
We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed. Unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info@illuminatedhousenumber.com and include both a video and a photo for diagnosis and quality assurance purposes within 7 days.
If a return has been agreed, please note the faulty item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. If a replacement has been approved, IlluminatedHouseNumber will produce & ship it in the quickest possible time-frame. If a partial or full refund is agreed, this will be processed within 7 days of you receiving the product.

IlluminatedHouseNumber provides a 12 month warranty on all led signs which covers electrical components when used appropriately. The resolution for the defective sign will depend on the source of the fault and will be determined between IlluminatedHouseNumber and the customer.
Warranty Coverage Installed Signs:
IlluminatedHouseNumber is not responsible for any costs incurred during installation of your led sign. If you sign is a presumed fault, we will request pictures and videos for diagnostic purposes. You may be required to send the sign to us for replacement or repair. If you have already installed and/or hardwired, IlluminatedHouseNumber have no responsibility for any costs incurred during reinstalling and uninstalling.
